SCHOOLS WORKSHOPS

Paper Cut offers dynamic, practical workshops in schools for Drama students and teachers. Our workshops are led by Paper Cut’s company artists who are experienced and skilled arts educators as well as practising professional artists. Read more about who delivers the workshops here.

Paper Cut creates new contemporary performance works that are highly visual and physical using verbatim and documentary techniques. Our work is multi-disciplinary and has involved collaborations with animators, technology artists, designers and composers. We develop our work through a rigorous process of collaborative devising, and bring all of these skills to our schools workshop series.

Our workshops have explicit curriculum links and help students to achieve syllabus outcomes. They are designed to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of each school. Get in touch if you would like to discuss how we can create the perfect workshop for your class.

"The workshop was excellent. It was run smoothly, with clear expectations for the students. I could see that my students thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They were challenged in a valuable way and encouraged to develop their own ideas. After the workshop my students were absolutely ecstatic about the experience. I thank Paper Cut for a wonderful workshop and would love to book them again in the future."
