WORKOUT by Paper Cut

WORKOUT is for performers who want to stay in shape, stay connected to the creative process and stay in tune with their instrument(s).

Each week we’ll work out our voices, bodies and brains with super fun, playful, sweaty exercises, improvisations and more. This is not a lesson, but a gym session!


Over 18s only, for performers of all backgrounds and experience levels.
